1. Terms and Conditions
Webaggo may change the Terms and Conditions, in part or in whole, at any time, and such changes will be effective at the time they are posted on the Site. When you use our website, you choose to agree to these terms.

2. Trademarks
Whoever owns the rights to the material on this website will retain its rights in that material.

3. Sellers Terms and Conditions
All uploaded materials will be visible on the web, except for paid files that will become visible to buyers who purchased your code. When you click Submit and upon agreeing to your product on this website, you accept the terms and conditions and you are in a legal agreement between you and Webaggo in relation to this website. If you are submitting files and content on behalf of your company, you represent that you have the legal authority to do so and bind your company to the terms and conditions written here. You also state that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Sellers
Webaggo reserves the full independent rights to:

It does not give you a developer or seller account;
To suspend your account at any time without further notice.
Webaggo shall have no obligation to provide reasons for the decision to refuse your application for an account or to suspend your account. You are solely authorized and solely responsible for all access and use of the Website using your username and password. In the event of any unauthorized use of your login details, you must notify Webaggo immediately.

5. Copyright Violations and Digital Millennium Copyright Act Cancellation Notices (code, image, graphic, audio, etc...) files
In the event that you believe there is a copyright infringement of your products, please email this information to support@webaggo.com. Please note to add the following to your email:

Your name, address and email
In the event that you are a company, then - business name and business address
Link and explanation of existing copyrighted material
Evidence that you are the owner of the copyrighted material
We will inquire about your report and request more information in the event that a follow-up investigation is needed.

DMCA Cancellation Notices

With every product you submit to the webaggo.com marketplace, you agree to our Terms and Conditions which give us full power of attorney to provide DMCA takedown notices on your behalf.

We do this when you notify us that there is a listing/infringement of your work on another website that you have not agreed to sell.

We will provide these DMCA takedown notices on your behalf as your representative.

6. Webaggo role
The seller is the sole owner of the codes he chooses to include on this site and Webaggo has no rights to ownership or use of the uploaded codes. Webaggo does not control and will not be responsible for the quality, legality or safety of the content or codes sold and downloaded from this site. Webaggo makes no warranties that any of the materials on the Site do not infringe the intellectual property rights of others. If you suspect a copyright infringement, you may submit it in accordance with Section 5 of this Agreement.

7. Use and maintenance
Webaggo reserves the right to partially or completely suspend your access to the Site or to close down the Site in general. From time to time and in Webaggo's sole discretion, the Site may be down for maintenance. Everything mentioned in this section may be done without any prior notice. Webaggo will not be liable for any loss arising from one or all of the above in this section.

8. Fees and Services
Registration on the site as a buyer and as a developer is free. Buyers will pay for the products they choose to purchase. In case the buyer is in Europe and makes private purchases (the buyer does not buy for a company), the VAT will be added according to the VAT laws of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor. As a developer or seller, you will be paid a commission for each product sold on the site. Buyers can purchase using credit cards, PayPal or e-wallets. Payments to developers are made via PayPal, bank transfer, or through electronic wallets if you provide this option. The seller must pay all fees and costs necessary to pay his commission.

9. Sellers' information credibility
By applying to become a developer on this website, you acknowledge that all the details you have provided regarding you and your business are 100% correct and up-to-date.

10. Security and privacy
Webaggo does not guarantee the security of your data and any material uploaded to this site. We maintain our own site security mechanisms to control and protect all data on the site.

11. Payments
Profits will be paid as follows:

There is a $30 limit that must be met in order to request a withdrawal.
Payments will be made using PayPal, bank transfer or e-wallets.
In the case of earnings less than $30, payment will be made 30 days after the last purchase on the sellers account.
The seller is obligated to pay all fees and costs necessary to pay his commissions.
You allow Webaggo if any of the following occur: Refunds, Refunds, and Unauthorized Transactions to automatically deduct these amounts from your commissions.
In any case, the buyer will ask for a refund within 30 days for the reasons: the product is not as described, the code is broken or not working properly, you automatically agree to give the buyer a full refund. 12. Buy products
Orders placed on this site cannot be cancelled. As a developer or seller, you warrant to Webaggo and buyers that your products:

All of your products are fully owned by you including the intellectual property rights.
Your products do not infringe the copyright or intellectual property of others.
Your products have not been stolen.
Don't illegally harass your products or act illegally.
Your products are under 18 years old and do not contain pornographic or harmful content.
Your products are free from any spyware, malware or any harmful code for any type of computer, smartphone or tablet.
Your products cannot result in a termination of service from your ISP.
Your products do not violate the laws of any country.

13.1 Additional Terms for Selling Your Products on Our Website

All products on this site are first reviewed by the Webaggo team.
Webaggo does not have to approve your listing of products in its sole discretion and will not be obligated to state the reasons for the refusal.
If one or all of the Products you have uploaded to the Site are found to be in violation of the Site Terms and Conditions, Webaggo can suspend your account and the earned funds will not be returned to you until the dispute is settled. In the event that there is sufficient evidence that you have violated one or more terms of this Agreement, Webaggo reserves the right to refuse commissions stored on the suspended account.
We reserve the right to modify and change prices and content of listings at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to remove any listed item without any notice and without obligation to explain the reasons for removal. To remove any doubt there will be no refunds for losses that will be claimed due to removal of your product(s) from the Site.
Webaggo will not be responsible for the manner in which buyers choose to use your products.
You agree that your Creative Product(s) may be used in promotional and marketing materials to promote the Site, and this may include creative images and application preview videos.
The minimum time for listing your approved items on the site is at least 9 months from the moment they are approved.
During the listing period, you may freely list your items on any other marketplace on the web but you may not grant exclusivity to other marketplaces on items you have posted during this period.
In the case of requests to remove items due to exclusive signature with other marketplaces, the agreement to be followed is your agreement with Webaggo.

14. Disclaimer
Webaggo does not exclude any non-excludable rights but excludes all other conditions and warranties implied by custom, statute or law. Except as provided in the non-excludable rights:

ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS AND PRODUCTS ON THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED AS IS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
Webaggo does not warrant that the Site is error-free and that the server that hosts the Site are free of viruses or other harmful or malicious components.

We are not responsible for purchasing any product offered on Webaggo from a place other than the official website.
 

15. Committees
You as a seller or developer agree to Webaggo to deduct its commission from every sale you make.
Commissions may change according to agreements.
As a seller or developer, you are eligible to receive 80% commission for every token you sell.
Sellers are only eligible to receive commissions from selling their source codes. Any other services provided by Webaggo in addition to selling your product including but not limited to: rebuild functionality, graphic designs, audio packages, metadata/aso etc, all income derived from it is solely for SellMyApp and when you become a developer on our website you agree to these terms .
There is a commission fee that will be charged for each product sold. These fees are determined by Webaggo at its sole discretion and may change from time to time.
 

16. Prohibited behavior
You warrant that when using the Site and its services, you will not:

use of an e-mail address or false information;
Enter your own or third party advertisements and use the Service for any other commercial or promotional purposes.
Engage in spamming, spamming, collecting email addresses or other personal information, spying, “screen scraping,” “database scraping,” or any other activity for the purpose of obtaining user lists or other information, or sending chain letters or schemas hierarchical across the site; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems through the Site. You agree that you will not use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden or damage the Site or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Site.
Webaggo reserves the full right to determine if there has been a breach of these Terms in its sole discretion and to suspend your account without any notice or explanation.

17. Forums
You are responsible for any material that you post on the Site. We reserve the rights but are not obligated to edit, review and modify the material you have posted on the Site. Webaggo reserves the right in its sole discretion to block and remove content that is found to be in violation of our Terms or content that will use violent or offensive terms.

18. Compensation
You will be solely responsible and liable for any direct and indirect claims and expenses (including any legal fees) arising from the following matters:

Any product you have uploaded to the site.
Your use of the Site.
any content, graphic materials or files that you have uploaded to the Site.
Any breach of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.

A seller is a person who has applied to become a developer or seller on Webaggo, filled out a form with his data and agreed to the terms and conditions
Buyers are a person or company that has purchased a product or service on this website
We or we mean Webaggo
Our website and this website means Webaggo
You or your means the seller or the buyer

20. Buyer and User.

By using the site, you agree to all the terms and conditions stipulated in the terms and conditions agreement on Webaggo, and the site disclaims all responsibility for any purchases of one of its products outside of it, or if a seller or developer vacates the agreement between you.

21. The role of webaggo.com - the market
The seller is the sole owner of the codes that he chooses to include on this site and Webaggo has no rights to or use the code in any of the downloaded digital products on the site.

Webaggo does not control and will not be responsible for the quality, legality or safety of the content or codes sold and downloaded from this site. Webaggo makes no warranties that any of the materials on the Site do not infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

Submitting some papers to any responsible parties or to the buyer if one of the sellers deceived and this was proven if possible.

Seeking to resolve disputes between the developer and the buyer, if possible.

If you suspect a copyright infringement, you may submit it in accordance with Section 5 of this Agreement.
